Adjustment of status is the process by which persons
who enter the United States as nonimmigrants are able to pursue immigrant visas and/or permanent residence in the United States.
The most common examples of this are persons who are in the United States pursuant to H-1B or L visas.are those persons who

Municipal
court sometimes referred to as traffic court, is the lowest level court in the New Jersey. Municipal Court involves the defense
of any matter pending before any one of the courts operated under the jurisdiction of any of the numerous municipalities
that exist within the state of New Jersey. Municipal Court has primary jurisdiction over minor criminal offenses, motor vehicle
related violations as well as violations of municipal ordinances. However, if you are found guiltiy of an offense, in some cases, penalties can actually, be greater than those in Superior Court.
